This week's quote came to me at just the right time, resonating deeply with my heart.
> "Life is inherently risky. There is only one big risk you should avoid at all cost, and that is the risk of doing nothing."
> ~Denis Waitley
I think about this often, especially as a parent. Life isn't always predictable, but neither should it be stagnant. I want my kids to feel the thrill of chasing their dreams—big or small. To embrace the chaos, the laughter, the tears, and everything in between. They deserve to experience the highs and lows, to understand that falling down is part of growing up.

The weekend was filled with so many beautiful moments, from lazy afternoons spent savoring simple pleasures (hello, grilled cheese and tomato soup!) to spur-of-the-moment adventures that left everyone buzzing with excitement.
One such adventure was an impromptu trip to the fair. I remember getting that text: "We're going to the fair, wanna come?" My response? An immediate "YES!" because sometimes, saying yes is the best decision you'll ever make.
Walking through the gates, the air was thick with the scent of funnel cakes and popcorn, the sound of laughter echoing around every corner. The kids were mesmerized by the games, the rides, and the endless array of snacks. Deep-fried Oreos? Yes, please. Elephant ears? Of course.

There’s something magical about evenings like those, when the world slows down just enough for you to soak it all in. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sky transformed into a canvas of stars, and the carnival lights twinkled like tiny diamonds scattered across the night.
My littles had the time of their lives. Watching them run, laugh, and explore reminded me why I cherish these moments so much. Sure, parenting has its challenges—there are days when I worry I might hold on too tightly, or sanitize too enthusiastically—but I’m learning. One step at a time, I’m finding balance.
And isn’t that what life is all about? Finding joy in the little things, whether it’s dancing with your child under the Ferris wheel lights or sharing a quiet moment wrapped in blankets.

After the fair, as we drove home under a blanket of stars, I couldn’t help but reflect on the beauty of taking risks. Life doesn’t always follow a script, and that’s okay. Sometimes the greatest memories come from embracing the unknown.
So, my friends, I challenge you to take a chance today. Say yes to something you’ve been hesitating about. Whether it’s trying a new recipe, calling an old friend, or simply stepping outside to watch the sunset—it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you’re living fully, authentically, and with intention.

P.S. Special thanks to Jessica for inviting us to the fair and for being such a wonderful friend. Heights aren’t exactly my favorite, but having the kids enjoy the rides made it worth it.

Vitamins
Vitamins are essential organic compounds that bodies need in small amounts to function properly. They play a crucial role in maintaining good health and preventing various diseases. There are 13 essential vitamins that are classified into two categories: water-soluble and fat-soluble.
Water-soluble vitamins include vitamin C and all the B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate). These vitamins are not stored in the body and need to be replenished through diet or supplements daily.
Fat-soluble vitamins include vitamins A, D, E, and K. These vitamins are stored in the body's fat tissues and liver and can accumulate to toxic levels if taken in excess. Therefore, it is essential to consume these vitamins in moderation.
Each vitamin has a specific role in the body, and a deficiency in any of them can lead to various health problems. For example, vitamin C is essential for the immune system, wound healing, and collagen synthesis. Vitamin D is necessary for bone health and calcium absorption, while vitamin A is crucial for vision and skin health.
Of course animals need vitamins too, for example vitamins K3,medicine vitamins,Menadione, poultry vitamins, feed vitamins to boost immunity and growth.
