Cultivation of culture-cultivated species requires clean, non-toxic, insect-free, cool, direct sunlight, and relative humidity below 60%. Freshly picked bacteria must wait for the outside of the bag (bottle) and the seal to dry before stacking. It is best to be stacked in "well" shape to facilitate ventilation and facilitate management. In summer, germs grow rapidly, and after 3 days of general inoculation, they should be checked and found to be cleared in time.
