Gold Baby Starter has good value-added effect

Fermenting chicken manure using a specialized fermentation aid called Goldbaby can turn organic waste into valuable compost. For every 1 ton of organic material (equivalent to about 2.5 tons of fresh manure), you should add 1 kg of Goldbaby starter culture, along with 5 kg of rice bran or alternative materials like cornmeal for every kilogram of the starter. The rice bran should be diluted and evenly mixed into the pile to ensure proper distribution. It's recommended to use fresh rice bran instead of old or cooked ones, as it provides better nutrition and aeration. During the fermentation process, it’s important to maintain good oxygen supply by turning the pile regularly. The ideal temperature range is around 70°C. If the temperature becomes too high, it may degrade the nutrients in the material. The moisture level should be carefully controlled between 60% and 65%. Too little moisture will slow down the process, while too much can lead to poor aeration, slow heating, and unpleasant odors. To adjust the moisture, you can add dry materials such as straw, sawdust, mushroom waste, or dry soil. A simple way to check if the moisture is right is to grab a handful of the material. If it feels moist but doesn’t drip, and the pile falls apart when released, the moisture level is just right. The entire fermentation process usually takes 5 to 7 days. Once complete, the finished organic fertilizer should be fluffy, dark brown, slightly earthy-smelling, and rich in nutrients. This compost is ideal for use in fruit and vegetable gardens, cash crops, seedling beds, and flower potting mixes. It not only improves soil quality but also significantly increases the value of your produce.
