I. Tank

When the quantity is small, the cylinder can be placed in a cool place and fresh cold water of 10-30% of the cylinder volume can be added. A wooden frame is set aside on the surface of the water, and a container of fresh mushrooms is placed on the wooden frame, and then the closed cylinder is stored. Under 4-5 °C conditions, can store 10-15 days, 15-18 °C under the conditions of closed cap with a breathable cover, can be stored for 5-7 days.

Second, water soaking storage

Soaking with water to block the air makes the mushrooms discolored slowly. This method is suitable for short-term storage in the home. Note that it cannot be soaked in iron containers and water with high iron content.

Third, salt water storage

1. Put the fresh mushrooms in 0.6% saline, soak for 10 minutes, remove and drain, put them in plastic bags, and store fresh for 3-5 days.

2. The fresh mushroom, Pleurotus ostreatus cut off the base of the mushroom, placed in boiling water in the brine for 10 minutes, remove and put into cold water, cooling, draining, short-term storage into a plastic bag .

3. Cut the mushroom off the mushroom shank at 1 cm from the culture material, wash it and immerse it in 16%-18% saline. Store it fresh for 15 days, remove it when consumed, and soak for 20 minutes with fresh water.

Fourth, chemical storage

1. After soaking fresh mushrooms with 0.1% B9 and water solution for 10 minutes, remove and drain, and keep fresh for 5 days at 5-27°C.

2. Dip for 3-5 minutes with 0.01% sodium metabisulfite aqueous solution, then soak for 25-30 minutes with 0.1% sodium metabisulfite solution, remove and drain, seal in plastic bag and store at 10-15°C.
