The fungus is a year-old vine of the Kwai flowering genus. Its leaves are hypertrophic, elastic, and taste good, slippery and delicious, resembles fungus, hence the name of the fungus. Now we introduce the cultivation techniques of edible fungus as follows:
First, the cultivation method

Three, field management

2. Weeding and weeding. After live seeding, or after transplanting and transplanting, the timely cultivation and weed removal shall be conducted to prevent the weeds from competing for nutrients.

3. Fertilize and water. Basal fertilizer is good for farmhouse compost heaps and livestock and poultry. Top dressing is applied with decomposed manure or urea dissolved water. After emergence, keep the soil moist and timely watering. After each harvest, timely application of human excrement 300 kg per mu or urea 10 kg, the rainy season should also promptly drain flood control.

4. Control pests.

1 The common disease of edible fungus is brown spot. In the initial stage, it can spray 72% Kelu WP 500-600 times, or 68.75% Yibao dispersible granule 800-1000 times liquid.

2 If Spodoptera litura damage occurs, it is found that there are more young leaves with small eyes, and the available pyrethroid insecticides are sprayed once at the age of 1-2 years.

(3) Root-knot nematode disease may also occur in continuous crops of edible fungus, and changing crop rotations may reduce or prevent the occurrence of the disease.

Fourth, scientific harvest

There are 4 to 5 true leaves that can be seeded and eaten in succession. In order to shoot young shoots, when the seedling height is 30 to 35 centimeters, two true leaves at the base are cut with scissors. When the germinating side branches have 5 to 6 true leaves, they are harvested according to the method. Harvested young leaves mainly in the first 15 to 20 days harvested 1, 10 to 15 days in the middle growth period, harvested 7 to 10 days later, the harvested leaves should be fully developed and not yet grow old, leaf hypertrophy. Generally, the production of young shoots (leaves) per mu is between 2000 and 4000 kg.
