It is reported that this species will be widely promoted in Ningbo in the future. “Red Cheek†is a new high-quality strawberry variety that has been selected from over 20 varieties of strawberry varieties imported from domestic and foreign strawberry varieties by the Ningbo Strawberry Variety Breeding Center at home and abroad, and is currently the main cultivar “Fengxiang†and “Chapter Compared with strawberry varieties such as "Hime", "Millennium", and "Shenxu 2," the "red cheek" strawberry clearly showed strong adaptability, strong growth potential, high yield, excellent quality, good commercial quality, and strong resistance to storage and transportation. Such advantages are suitable for the promotion of the new high-quality greenhouse strawberry varieties. In view of the difficulty in seedling breeding of "red cheek" strawberries, the Ningbo General Agricultural Technology Extension Station guides farmers to adopt a combination of centralized nursery and scattered nursery to effectively improve the seedling quality and yield, and increase yield and efficiency. It is understood that "Red Cheek" strawberries will gradually replace the existing head of the species "Fengxiang" in Ningbo City, a comprehensive promotion.
