2. 4. 6, the use of the pump: turn on the power, turn on the power switch, this is the power indicator light, the temperature controller starts working, set the temperature 40 degrees, dial back the measurement. The equipment starts to automatically heat up (the temperature is no longer set); open the sodium chlorate solution valve, the hydrochloric acid valve (behind the equipment storage tank); adjust the flow regulating valve on both metering pumps to 100%, unscrew the two Metering pump exhaust valve.
7. Hydrogen chloride pump operation: Run the sodium chlorate pump on the control panel. This is the metering pump to start dosing. When the metering pump's exhaust pipe only has the medicine and no air bubbles, close the metering pump exhaust pipe valve, then Slowly adjust the metering pump flow valve to about 30%.
8. Hydrochloric acid pump operation: The amine hydrochloric acid pump runs on the control panel. This type of metering pump starts to add medicine. When the metering pump's exhaust pipe only has medicine and no air bubbles, close the metering pump exhaust valve and then the metering pump. The flow valve is slowly adjusted to about 30%. The chlorine dioxide generator begins to operate normally. (The metering pump flow can be adjusted according to the actual number of chlorine dioxide required).
Third, shut down
Turn off the metering pump switch, the equipment stops feeding, and the ejector continues to work for 1-2 hours, or see the aqueous solution in the ejector whiten, turn off the tap water and power.
Fourth, equipment cleaning
The equipment is cleaned once every day for 2-3 months. When cleaning, turn off the power of the control cabinet and the metering pump switch. The rest is the same as the state when the machine is turned on. A certain amount of water is sucked in from the air inlet, then the power source is turned off, and the drain valve is drained. Cycle this several times until it is clean.
Five, matters needing attention
1. Before the first operation, sufficient water must be added to the equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to operate empty.
2. The metering pump stops feeding. The ejector should continue to work for more than one hour, so that the LV gas in the reactor is fully evacuated to prevent gas from overflowing from the inlet pipe.
3. If the power source suddenly stops water, immediately shut down the running equipment.
4, hydrochloric acid is a strong acid, the operator should wear protective gloves, the raw material NaCl03 is prohibited from being stored together with various acid products and away from fire;
5, equipment temperature control water tank should always replenish water to prevent damage to the heater, the controller is equipped with a protection device, when the water tank water is lower than the set value, the fault light on the control cabinet is bright, should immediately replenish water;
6. Regularly clean the sediment in the reactor. If the liquid level of the reactor liquid level tube shows that it exceeds the normal limit, it means that the sediment is too much, it should be washed immediately; and check the quality of the raw materials.
7. The metering pump tube and ejector are easy to block when the raw materials contain impurities, and should be cleaned and dredged.
8. This equipment is heated by water bath. When the equipment is not in use, please remove the water reaction from the drain valve and the drain valve respectively to prevent freezing when the temperature is below 0 degree and damage the equipment. If the equipment is used intermittently, temperature control can be maintained to prevent the heated water from freezing.
