        In the past ten years, with the development of domestic productivity, China's weighing instrument industry has undergone tremendous changes. From the scarcity and unevenness of China in the past decade, it has developed to the current scale of hundreds of weighing instrument manufacturers that can meet the requirements of national symmetrical heavy instrument accuracy, stability and anti-interference ability.        In the current market situation, most of the weighing instruments are used alone, and the meters are not very close. When it is necessary to carry out data processing on the weighing platform, the meter is often connected to the large screen by using a current loop method, and the single meter is connected to the computer in close proximity using RS-232, or multiple units are used by RS-485. The meter is connected to the computer. There are several inconveniences in this conventional connection:
1. The connection between the weighing instrument and the computer and other accessories requires wiring, and the concealment of the wiring and the ease of maintenance are difficult to choose.
2. Various interfaces have requirements for the length of the connection and the number of loads, and also consider the load capacity.
3. When the wiring is long, it is easily affected by the on-site environmental interference, especially in the case of harsh electrical and electromagnetic environments.
        In terms of wireless transmission, there are multiple wireless transmission methods coexisting. Some of these methods are already relatively mature; there are some ways that there may be more mature applications in other industries, but the weighing instrument industry may still be in the trial stage. Weighing instruments such as weighing instruments, weighing platforms, data processing servers, and large-screen displays are remotely connected by using common RF wireless transmission, Zigbee wireless transmission, and GSM/GPRS wireless transmission.
         Therefore, wireless transmission has great advantages compared with conventional wiring methods in the case of long distance, heavy load and harsh environment.
