Pedal Sprayer Precautions

The pedal sprayer is a manual sprayer with high jet pressure and long range. The operator uses the pedal base and pushes the rocker backwards and forwards to drive the plunger pump to reciprocate. The liquid is sucked into the pump body and pressed into the air chamber to form a pressure of 0.8 to 1.0 megapascals for normal spray. . Pedal-type sprayer is suitable for the control of pests and diseases of fruit trees, mulberry trees, gardens, scaffolds and other plants. It can also be used for warehousing and deworming, construction spraying, and decorative interior walls. Precautions for use:
(1) The liquid must be filtered to avoid clogging of the spray holes and affect the spray quality.
(2) The nebulizer is not equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety device. When used, the pressure is estimated based on the feeling, and it is advisable to spray normally.
(3) The suction cup must be submerged in the liquid to avoid air separation.
(4) When spraying is stopped halfway, the switch must be turned off immediately to stop pushing the rocker.
(5) Two people are not allowed to shake the bar at the same time, so as to avoid overloading the work and causing the hose to break and damage the machine.
