Cultivation Techniques of High-quality Eel Seed in Western Yunnan

The high-quality squid species bred in the western Yunnan region mainly include Xiangyun, Miao Wangyun, Xingyin, Pengze, Fangzheng, and Yushchenko. From 2000, the author started a preliminary study on the fry cultivation techniques of the above-mentioned several quality carp varieties. The methods of fry cultivation are similar, and the techniques for raising seedlings of high quality carp that have been mastered over the years are described below for reference by peers.
First, the preparation of the fry pool In the pond 10 days before the pond, the fish pond was completely cleared. Weeds, silt, and fish, shrimps, snails, shellfish, etc. can be removed from the fish ponds first, and then the whole pool is sprayed with quicklime 75kg/mu ~ 100kg/mu watered mash, thoroughly disinfecting the bottom of the pond and the pool. If time is tight, chlorinated preparations can be used to disinfect, but the effect is not as quick as lime. Three days before the splash of the pond, the new water filtered by 60 mesh to 80 mesh sieve is added to make the water depth of the fry pool reach 70cm to 80cm. Note: Since most of the farming water in western Yunnan is water in reservoirs, rivers, and streams, water pollution has been severe in recent years, and the aquaculture water source has generally been “fat”. In order to reduce the chance of air bubble disease when the pond is under water, the water is generally used to clear the water. The base fertilizer is no longer applied to the pond.
Second, the release of splashes
1. Temporary conservation of aquatic flowers Most of the quality carp flowers in the western Yunnan region were imported from other places (Hunan and Sichuan). The time is generally from mid-March to the end of April. If the spray is more “soft” (ie, the spray is severe in the fry bag group), the water bag must be changed (usually it is divided into two) or put into a special nylon trap box (size is determined by the number of stocks, generally Use a cage with a size of 2m2m1m to hold the fish and store it in the fry cultivation tank when most of the water can be dispersed.
2. The stocking density is generally 100,000 to 150 thousand per mu, and the production conditions are good and the fine management can be 200,000 to 250,000 per mu.
3. Adjusting the water temperature The temperature difference between the water body temperature and the pool water temperature in the waterfowl seedling bag can be adjusted within 2°C before the pond can be sprayed. The fry bag can be soaked in the pool water for 20 minutes to 30 minutes. It can also be adjusted with a container.
4. Underwater ponds can be placed in the spray net or large containers of water, and then feed the cooked egg yolk paste. Generally 50,000 water droplets are fed into a 50 kg water body and then fed with 1 egg yolk pulp. Observe to prevent oxygen deficiency and try to fill the center of the spray with fresh water. After 10 minutes to 20 minutes, you can see the egg yellow on the abdomen of the flower and move the fish to the center of the pond for stocking.
Third, the cultivation of seed
1. Start feeding the egg yolk pulp and soy milk on the second day of feeding the egg yolk and soy milk. Egg yolk and soy milk should be filtered and slag removed to prevent deterioration of water quality. Normally, feed 4 times a day, around 8 o'clock in the morning, feed 5 kg of egg yolk and 5 kg of water to the whole pool for splashing. About 11 o'clock in the morning, soak soybeans by 2kg/mu~3kg/mu slurry, 10kg to 20kg, and throw it in Quanchiposa. Hey, splash the same amount of egg yolk around 3 pm, and splash the same amount of soy milk around 6 pm. As the fry gradually grows and the zooplankton in the water increases, generally the egg yolk slurry is fed for 3 days to 5 days, and then only the soybean milk is fed and it is fed twice a day.
2. Feed the formulated feed Milk is fed for about 10 days. The fry reaches a body length of 1.5 cm to 2.0 cm and starts feeding the compound feed. The compound feed can be used for the feed mill to produce squid seed granule feed crushed or manufacturer-made powder, and the crushed particle size should be within 0.2mm. Start with 2 days to 3 days alternately feeding with soybean milk, each dosage is 0.5kg/mu; 2 days to 3 days after the stop feeding soymilk, increase the amount of compound feed, and the whole pool throws 60% at the beginning, the feed table Feeding accounted for 40%, 5 days to 7 days after the gradual adjustment to the whole pool throwing accounted for 40%, feed table feeding accounted for 60%, 3kg/mu ~ 5kg/mu per day. The amount of feed is adjusted according to the feedstuff status of the feed table. If the feed of the feed table is finished within 30 minutes, it should be added to ensure that the fry with poor constitution can feed normally. Generally, it is fed 4 times to 6 times a day. The fodder feed should be made into a dough by adding water, and an appropriate amount of flour can be added as a binder. The compound feed was fed for 10 days to 15 days. The fry reached a size of 3 cm to 3.3 cm in length, and the survival rate of the culture was 60% to 80%.
3. Water quality regulation After breeding for 7 days to 10 days, the pond should be filled with fresh water once every 3 days to 5 days. Each water injection should be 5cm to 10cm. After releasing the seedlings for 3 days to 5 days, photosynthetic bacteria were applied at a rate of 1 kg/mu to 2 kg/mu, and the photosynthetic bacteria were halved once at intervals of 7 days to 10 days to adjust the water quality. The overall water quality regulation is: the previous period (splashing pond 2 days to 3 days), the water quality is light, to prevent bubble disease and large zooplankton is too much; in the middle period (fish body length 1.5cm ~ 2.0cm specifications), water quality is strong, with Increase the amount of natural food organisms; in the later stages, gradually lighten the fish feed and ensure that the dissolved oxygen is abundant in the water.
Disease Prevention and Control The quality of eel fry breeding mainly includes three major hazards: bubble disease, trichoderma and large zooplankton.
1. Bubble disease mainly harms the fry and fish fry within 3 days of the pond. Currently there is no special treatment for it. We adopted the oxygen aerator from 12 noon to 4 pm to fully aerate and prevent over-saturation of water. This method has certain effect on the prevention of air bubble disease. The seedlings of the Kingfisher, which is released for breeding, generally have higher light intensity in the middle of April. If the water body is less transparent and has a high fatness, it is susceptible to bubble disease. In order to reduce the occurrence of air bubble disease, it is generally a pond under water. During the cultivation process, the method of increasing the amount of feed to be fed into the breeding process is used to compensate for the shortage of natural food organisms.
2. Trichodiosis The disease mainly affects the fry of 2.0cm to 2.5cm in length, and most of the fish sink after the death of the fry. Symptoms of the diseased fish are blackened body, single swim, slow swimming, serious racehorse condition with clusters around the pool, and it is best to confirm the diagnosis by microscopic examination. Control method is to use copper sulfate, ferrous sulfate (5:2) mixture 0.7ppm Quanchiposa, the effect is better, pay attention to the effective content of the drug must meet the standard.
3. Large-scale zooplankton endangered zooplankton This is a good natural food organism, but if the fish fry grows to 1.2 cm in length, a large number of "red worms (water fleas)" will appear in the pond, and the "insect-covered fish" phenomenon will occur. Affect the survival rate of the fry and its growth rate. The treatment method in production is 2 days to 3 days before the water splashes into the pond. If the zooplankton is in excess, 0.5 ppm crystal trichlorfon can be used to splash the water, and then the water quality can be changed and then put into the spray. When the water splashes into the pond, the use of crystal trichlorfon to control large zooplankton must be used with caution. When the concentration exceeds 0.5ppm, it will kill the seedlings of the king Yunyun and Xiangyun salmon, and Crystal trichlorfon can be used to 0.8ppm; and 0.3ppm crystal trichlorfon has been unable to effectively kill the insect in the western Yunnan region.
5. After the fry come out of the pool, the fry can reach the body length of 3 cm to 3.3 cm after 25 days to 30 days. The fish can be transferred to the large-scale fingerling cultivation stage or directly into the adult fish breeding stage.

The bearing structure, fixed film systems and installation of this greenhouse is relatively simple. And due to it, raw material and manufacturing costs are affordable. Except the  high strength woven film is higher, other kinds of antidrop film are economical. In general, the comprehensive cost of film greenhouse is lower 30% ~ 50% than the same size and specifications of the other types of greenhouse.
