1. Mud washing. Take the yellow mud without sand, use clear water and make a paste of yellow mud. Clean up the oil on the farm equipment first, and then apply a good yellow mud (for more oil and thick places to paint more). After the yellow mud is dry, cracks will appear and the oil will be adsorbed on the yellow mud, and then the yellow mud will be cleaned with water. Repeat this operation 1 times to get better oil removal.

2. Cold wash. That is, kerosene, gasoline and diesel are used as cleaning agents for cleaning. The agricultural machinery parts are placed in an oil pan with a mesh screen and brushed with a wire brush, and the oil stains sink into the bottom of the basin through a mesh screen. The washed parts are allowed to dry naturally. Need to be reminded that, such as cleaning the friction film type of oil, use a little gas brush clean; oil can not be resistant to oil and leather parts of the oil, can not use oil cleaning agent. When cleaning, first wash the parts that are relatively clean, smooth and small, and then clean the parts that are heavy and have heavy oil on the surface. The oil can also be loaded in several oil bowls, which can be divided into several steps for initial washing, secondary washing and fine washing.

3. Hot wash. That is, the base and emulsifier solutions are heated and cleaned. Since the oil, gear oil, etc. cannot be dissolved in the alkali solution, only an emulsion can be formed, so an emulsifier (sodium silicate, soap, etc.) is added to the alkali solution. The role of the emulsifier is: can penetrate into the oil layer, weaken the binding force of oil and metal, and promote oil film rupture and separation. The hot wash needs to heat the solution to 70-80°C and soak the parts in the solution. The agricultural machinery parts should be washed with hot water of 60-80°C after cleaning, and then dried. To remove grease from steel and cast iron parts, the commonly used solution formula is: caustic soda 0.75%, sodium carbonate 5%, trisodium phosphate 1%, soap 0.15%, and the remainder water. The cleaning of aluminum parts can not use caustic soda solution instead of sodium carbonate solution.

4. Metal cleaning agent cleaning. Metal cleaners are a good substitute for oil cleaners, and they are cheap, safe to use, and have no rust. Metal cleaning agents are divided into acidic, alkaline, neutral, and solvent types, and their effects are different. For example, acid metal cleaning agent is generally used to remove mechanical oil on the surface of stainless steel, and the degreasing effect is good when the oil is completely removed at room temperature, while the alkaline metal cleaning agent requires high temperature cleaning, and the cleaning effect at normal temperature is not ideal. In the process of using metal cleaning agents, pay attention to the type and nature of the parts' dirt, grasp the concentration and temperature of the cleaning agent, and operate in strict accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual.
