The core of the project is the reaction kettle, which has a volume of 50 cubic meters. The company has designed and optimized the mixing using CFD technology, focusing on the coupling of circulation, suspension, mixing, dropping, dispersion and other issues. The mixer was designed to achieve a one-time driving success.

The cycler then raises and lowers the temperature of the block in discrete, pre-programmed steps.
